A Birthday Party

We kept it small with Luke's birthday party this year by celebrating with just our little family. Matt had to jet off for a business trip just moments after we celebrated, and keeping it simple turned out nicely. Luke's a diehard Toy Story fan, so obviously he had to have everything in that theme. 

We partied hard, pounded our faces with the most delicious cupcakes (gluten-free even!), and Luke majorly scored in the gift department with a tent and tunnel, a bus and airplane, an art easel, a wooden train, a Woody doll, and a scooter. Now we just need to teach him that there is absolutely no drinking and driving since there's already been a couple of wipeouts on the kitchen floor due to attempted sippy cup drinking and scooting.
