I love you, little man. Thank you for affording me the occasion to savor the good when I feel like poisoning myself with the bitter; to stave off the inevitable tears and in turn laugh through the frustrations; to give kisses in place of empty arms. Without you, life's course would fail to be significant. You provide hope, ambition, and a healthy and often-needed dose of humility. And let's not forget chubby chunker legs to chomp on.
