For one reason or another, I've found myself deliberating on what to get Luke for Christmas. You know, they need to be the perfect gifts -- stimulating, educational, and fun for him (and not just pretty to look at for me). We've nailed it down with a few staples, and most of them fit the bill listed above. I am a big proponent of wooden toys AND handmade items (support small business!), that encourage creative play and learning.
