A Random Thing Or Two-sday

1) Happy New Year to you! My resolution this year is to actually follow through on my resolutions... from last year. I figure it's a good start, yeah? Oh, and to read more than one book (my vocab needs some assistance, it's feeling pretty worn and defeated... see, I just used "pretty" as an adverb).

2) Fact: You know you are at a Mormon New Year's party when 20+ bottles of Martinelli's and Coca-Cola cover every inch of space on the counter. Do not underestimate the power of mass amounts of sugary liquid pulsing through your veins. Next thing you know you will be challenged to a match in Mountain Dew pong.

3) We survived our road trip with an almost 1-year old. We survived! Amidst the angry tears and screams, we partied our little pants and booties off. The shocker was upon our return as we were greeted with the record-breaking temps of 58 degrees in our condo (colder inside than outside, people). Remind me to just leave all of our refrigerated items on the counter next time.

4) Luke squealed and giggled with excitement the moment we stepped into our icebox of a home. If I'm not mistaken, I'm pretty sure he hugged his Elmo and gushed to him about our marvelous adventures in Arizona.

5) Would you rather have an impenetrable immune system or teeth that stayed perfectly white, healthy, and straight for the duration of your life (no matter the lack of care and stain-causing food and drinks you consumed)?
