Flip A Coin

Selectively indecisive is a wonderful way to describe me. It doesn't always happen, but when it comes, it's a plague for the entire week and it's bad. Bad to the point where I opt to flip a coin for everything. But even the flipping the coin doesn't work. Does anyone else experience such debilitating indecisiveness? Let me elaborate so you clearly understand what I am talking about.

Last weekend Matt and I couldn't decide if we wanted to go out or stay in that night. We simultaneously shouted out "let's flip a coin!" (we have powers of telepathy for one another, no lie). Tails was a go, heads was a no. Secretly in my mind I was hoping it would be tails. You'd think that would give me the answer I was looking for, especially as the coin rattled on the floor with the heads side facing up. I didn't like that it said no, but still couldn't commit to going. Alas, I was stuck at the beginning predicament of deciding...

To go, or not to go, that is the question (such a philosophical problem we had on our hands). 

Guess what we ended up doing?

Going to bed at 8:30, that's what. Let's hope that this weekend we can act like we are at least our age and not 87. Although, now that I think of it, my cardigan collection easily rivals that of a well-seasoned granny. Maybe 87 suits me better than 24. Bring on the 50 cats and large-print books!
